NES offers its clients the opportunity to live in supervised group homes. A group home offers clients the opportunity to thrive in the community setting while living with roommates. NES group homes offer superior care to accommodate the needs of the persons residing in them. This arrangement is designed to model an adult living arrangement where single adults of the same sex share a home. The Staff are trained and certified to meet the unique needs of its clients and offer a variety of services tailored to the needs of the individuals therein.
NES day services provide its clients with a spectrum of opportunities geared towards obtaining meaningful job skills. NES clients have a broad range of skills. Our day service staff are trained to accommodate this broad skill set and magnify it. NES day services are community based, focus on employment and other meaningful goals as well as provide a safe and structured environment for its clients to socialize and gain valuable life experiences.
NES offers supported living services, where the client lives in their own home, or in the home with family members. Generally, staff are assigned to visit the host home for a certain number of hours per day. Staff may assist the client with there daily needs, arrange for activities in the community or assist the client in doing that which edifies and improves their quality of life.
NES Host homes exemplify the family living dynamic. Clients residing in Host homes enjoy the benefits of family living while continuing to work on their life skills. NES Host home families are trained and licensed to provide care for this unique population.
Behavior Supports NES employs Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Board Certified Assisted Behavior Analysts, or those pursuing board certifications to create custom behavior service plans for its clients. These plans are designed to help clients replace their challenging or problem behavior with behavior that is more appropriate. These replacement behaviors, when learned by the clients, make their lives and the lives of those who work with more independent and fulfilling.
