These services provide one-on-one support, supervision, training, and assistance for the individual to live as independently as possible. Below are a few examples of supports offered through Supported Living:

  • Hygiene
  • Health and fitness
  • House care
  • Medication management
  • Transportation
  • Shopping
  • Finances and budgeting
  • Community outings

Activities and supports vary according to the individual’s specific needs.
